Sophieology is a website about finding your own inner wisdom and learning about life and practicing loving kindness to self and each other every single moment of the day.

It is not about perfection but practice…  it is about learning about compassion and practicing compassion with one self …. and with practice, extending out to others we like and then to others we dont know and finally, practicing loving even those we fear/hate.

I started writing from a need to speak and a need to help and a need to make people laugh. I need to be funny and to share information so we all can make choices based on knowledge, not blindly be led by people who are loudest or have the most money or simply follow a path because “that’s the way it’s always been”.    We must educate ourselves, learn from the past and our mistakes and remind each other we are all we have!
